KC Athletes stay in shape despite lack of facilities

KC athletes are not letting up during this down time. Here’s how some of our Rangers are staying busy. How about you? Share your quarantine work-out routines with us!

Hailee Jo Lewis, Kilgore freshman, KC Softball 1st base: “I have been riding the stationary bike at my house regularly and doing ab workouts (when I remember to do them).”

 

Kevon Latulas, Nederland sophomore, KC Football Wide Receiver:
“I stay busy doing body workouts — lots of pushups and sit ups.”

 

Raegan Busby, Mabank freshman, KC Softball Utility player: “I have a set of dumbbells that I lift at home, but for the most part I do body weight circuits and plenty of running around my neighborhood.”

Vianey Galvan, League City freshman, KC Women’s Basketball Point Guard:
“I’ve been doing a lot of running, jump rope, and ab work – all while staying active with basketball at home. I make sure I’m getting my shooting and ball handling in everyday.”
